Delivery
Once you have placed your order on the Lille Mølle website, you will receive confirmation and tickets at the email address that you specified in your order.

Please bring a receipt digitally or as a print to the event.

Tickets are valid for the date and time specified.

Secure payment
Lille Mølle guarantees that it is safe to shop online with us. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol, which ensures that your payment information during the ordering process is encrypted and unreadable to others. The information you provide when paying is always protected during the transfer from your own computer.
Lille Mølle also uses “Stripe” and “Understory” for payment processing.

Especially regarding cancellations
Lille Mølle reserves the right to cancel offered events, events, tours, exhibitions, etc., for example in case of insufficient registration or in case of illness of lecturers, guides or other key persons.
In the event of Lille Mølle's cancellation, you will receive an offer by email to either (1) move your registration to another similar event where there are available seats, or (2) to get a refund of the paid ticket price. Refunds will be made to the credit card used for the purchase.
Lille Mølle does not guarantee that cancelled activities will be carried out at a later date.

Especially about the right of withdrawal and refund of the ticket price
The purchase of tickets for cultural or leisure-related events, events, tours, exhibitions and the like that are to be used on a certain date is not covered by the right of withdrawal, as set out in Section 18 (2) (12) of the Consumer Contracts Act and the ticket price for such tickets is therefore not refundable.

Complaints
In case of shortage of the purchased, you can advertise. You can advertise by sending an email to booking@lillemoelle.dk with a description of the defect.

Should the problems, against expectations, not be resolved after contact with us, you have the opportunity to complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Centre for Complaints Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.g.dk.

The European Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when lodging a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Responsibilities and applicable rules regarding online sales
Liability in connection with the purchase of tickets and tours on Lille Mølle's website www.lillemølle.dk follows the general rules of Danish law regarding this.

Online purchases are subject to the rules set out in the Danish Marketing Act and the Danish Act on Certain Consumer Contracts, as well as the General Rules of Danish Law on Mutually Burdensome Agreements.
